Seattle has some great restaurants and I could give you tons of recommendations but one of my favorite spots for a super simple but DELICIOUS meal is Serious Biscuit. All they do is a breakfast sandwich but let me tell you that every single part of the sandwich is amazing.
If you are a Dahlia Lounge/bakery lover, they actually bake all their pastries here so they sell some of their yummy treats here too.
Serious Pie is their pizza restaurant that is upstairs and it's quite delish too! The toppings they use aren't your usual pepperoni . The combinations seem a little bit weird at first (soft egg and kale on a pizza?) but you gotta just try it out to know how good it is!
Piles of housemade biscuits just waiting to be turned into delightful sandwiches.
I went with the fennel sausage, egg, pepper relish, fontina biscuit. It's my favorite!
If you want to do some shopping, make sure to hit up downtown Seattle and go to the flagship Nordstrom store (it's my favorite store ever!) and Pacific Place, the mall next to it with tons of shopping and eats. I also love the Nordstrom Rack downtown, it's where I find most of my best designer bargains! And what's even better is Nordstrom Rack is opening a new location in Northgate! I often hit up the one in Bellevue since every store gets different variety, I like to see what goodies I can uncover at different locations. I'm excited that they've finally opened up another location in Seattle!
