Hello loves! The weekend is finally here (hooray!), so in addition to a little light reading, I thought I would share a super easy and delicious cocktail recipe to kick things off. There's only two ingredients, so it's as easy as can be... not to mention refreshing and delightfully bubbly! All you need to make a Black Velvet (don't you just love that name?) is Stout beer and champagne. Mix one part of each in your fave coupe and you're ready to kick off the weekend with some social sips... Cheers! xx

{Baking} 6 Valentine's Recipes To Try
Tuesday, February 4, 2014
Sugar makes my world go round (which you'll know if you follow me on Instagram), so when it comes to Valentine's Day, the more sweets the better. In between baking sugar cookies and stuffing my face with chocolate (truth), I often find myself creeping food photos on Pinterest this time of year. So if you have as big of a sweet tooth as I do, here are 6 must-try Valentine's recipes to try... and hey, I'm always around if you feel like sharing. xx

{Christmas Week} Adult S'mores Hot Chocolate
Thursday, December 19, 2013

Who's ready for a little adult holiday cocoa? This fun recipe has Christmas written all over it, and so long as you don't go overboard with the Grand Marnier like I did the first time around, you won't soon forget this festive drink.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cream- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Shot of Grand Marnier
- Graham cracker crumbs (to garnish)
- Marshmallows

In a small pot, bring the cream to a boil. Add chocolate chips, stirring until fully melted. Poor a dash of Grand Marnier into a small bowl and dip your cup in it before coating it with graham cracker crumbs. Poor a shot of Grand Marnier into the cup and top with the hot chocolate, giving the mixture a quick stir. Throw in a few marshmallows and toast to the holiday season! xx
