Rag and Bone jeans - Nordstrom has these going on sale for the anniversary sale.  I love Rag & Bone jeans, they are one of the best fitting jeans!

Christian Louboutin "New Simple" heels - The new simple pumps are a bit harder to find these days but the Simple pumps (without the front platform) are still one of my favorite styles.

Darling Bag c/o -Such a cute crossbody and love the ribbon detail on the shoulder strap!  Love this neutral color, it goes with all my outfits and will look great in the fall and winter too!

I took these pics at the beginning of summer when it still wasn't quite that hot, hence the long sleeves and jeans which I'm definitely not wearing lately!  I'm trying to catch up with my blogging so thought I should finally post these!  I hope you guys are enjoying your summer, mine has been a blast!  We are rarely at home, any free time we have, we are out in the sunshine!  We love getting out to enjoy the beautiful weather and my daughter just adores being out and people watching.  I have her first birthday to plan (coming up soon next month!) and very excited for that.

Just wanted to give you guys a quick reminder if you haven't checked out tiffandjen.com lately, I wrote a few posts that are a bit more personal to me but if you have thoughts about starting your own business, I talked about taking chances on leaving my corporate job and starting a business.  Or are a working mom, I wrote about my thoughts on "having it all". I love crop tops on others but didn't think that I could pull off the look.  I decided to try one out when I spotted this cute one at Target.  I'm glad I did as I discovered that my short waist actually helps out in this department!  I never intended to show off my mid-section anyway and since the top actually covers most of my waist, all I needed to do was to pull up my skirt a bit higher and it pulled together a cute outfit!  Sometimes I think I'll never try out a trend but I'm glad that I tried this on as I think it really works and will be pairing it with shorts and other skirts!  You may have seen my photo on instagram of a few that I tried on while I was out shopping.

Joa Lace Back tee - I got mine not too long ago but it's sold out now, maybe you can still find it in the stores.  Here is a similar tee with a lace back.  I love the surprise in the back!

Prada Crossbody - I love this crossbody bag, it's the perfect little bag as it has lots of pockets and slots for credit cards so you never have to bring an additional wallet or anything.  And it comes with a mirror!  But, ohmygoodness, I love this new crossbody.  So cute!

Not the most exciting or creative of outfits but this is what I wear on most of the days that I'm home with my baby girl.  She's crawling up a storm now so I'm always on the floor playing with her or trying to keep her away from everything she wants to touch but is not supposed to!  When I walk out the door to go somewhere I always grab a statement necklace to dress up the outfit and that's one of the best parts of owning your own jewelry line, I have tons of options!

What I'm Wearing
Target blouse - not only am I loving the print, the colors are so fun on this top!  It comes in black and white as well but the bright pink was just calling my name.
Lovers + Friends Blazer - a white blazer is always a staple for my spring/summer wardrobe.
J Crew Pant - a favorite pant.  I had them in black and when I got them in navy I never thought I'd wear them as much as I do, but I reach for them a lot!

Chanel bag -You can't tell but the bag is navy which is just slightly different enough than all my black Chanel bags.  I'm trying to venture into other colors for my Chanel bags but so hard when spending lots of money to buy anything other than black!

There's so many cute prints at Target right now.  If you follow me on instagram you may have already seen but I found this adorable crop top and skirt that I am in love with.  Trying to decide if I can pull off the crop top trend right now, but that skirt is all mine! :)

What I'm Wearing
Anthropologie Blazer - similar (on sale for $30!) super old but still a favorite.  I just have to show you guys this stripe blazer, isn't it gorgeous?  Anthropologie has some great blazers now, love this lasercut blazer and this floral blazer.
SheInside Blouse - This is good for the time being but the quality is not great.  The button holes all have threads hanging out and the fit in the chest totally gapes but luckily was hidden with the bow.  I'm on the hunt for a better quality one, thinking about this one by Equipment.
Nordstrom Faux Leather Skirt -I'm all about the faux leather, I want to pair this skirt with everything!

After my daughter was born I felt like I was in a total style rut (hence the total lack of blog updates and also other various life things that were/are going on).  Beyond just all the things that come with having a new baby, I just felt totally lost in how I could dress myself!  But I'm now getting back in the swing of things and enjoying my wardrobe again and putting together outfits.  It's harder now because she's eating solids and getting all sorts of food stains on herself and me (I think she finds it amusing to sneeze the moment I put a spoonful of carrots in her mouth) so I tend to bring a sweatshirt everywhere with me to cover what I'm wearing but other than that, stylewise, I am finally feeling a bit more like my pre-pregnancy self.

Always bow obsessed (as you can tell from my recent post).  I'm loving our new bow bangles (have you seen the crystal encrusted ones?  My new fave!)  The J Crew cardigan is from last year but still a favorite.

Husband got me some new shoes for Christmas.  I call them my "mommy shoes and date night shoes"  I'm still a heels girl (even when I'm pushing a stroller) but for those days when I'm out running errands and just carrying Layla around I need something a bit more practical so I love the Nike Sky Hi's with the hidden wedge.  Still makes me a bit tall but very comfy to run around in!

I was glad to have bought the Hunter x Rag and Bone boots early in the fall but funny enough it hasn't rained that much this year!  But the times that it has been a downpour I'm thankful to have these boots.  They really are the best for rainy days!

I randomly came upon these leather-like leggings at Target and I can't even tell you how obsessed I am with them.  They are one of the best faux leather leggings I've come across!  Only the front panel is "leather" the back is just a ponte type fabric but man they are so comfy and look so good.  AND they are only $19.99!  I'm going back to Target just to get another pair as I think I may wear these ones out!

iPhone #OOTD

Being a new mommy and owning your own business is, to say the least, A LOT of work.  I don't get a maternity leave and so it's been a bit tough taking care of a newborn and making sure that my business is not only running but continuing to grow.  Thank goodness for my sister who's done so much and of course my parents and my in laws.  I love what I do and wouldn't change it for the world, maternity leave or not.  I get to be with my daughter and do what I love every day so I can't complain.  Anyway, as you can tell, my blog has taken a back seat and so has lookbook photos but I still like to occasionally take snaps of my accessories and outfits via my iPhone so thought I'd share!

I wore this outfit a few weeks after I had Layla and after putting it on and doing my hair and makeup it made me realize how much I needed all of it to make me feel like a normal person.  With a newborn it's so easy to just get lost in your sleepless nights and very busy (and tiring) days but taking the time each day to get dressed and look halfway normal has actually helped me function a lot more!  She is such a good baby though and I go out everywhere with her and most of the time she just sleeps or looks around.  I wear her in my baby sling when we are out (I have a Sakura Bloom sling that she and I both love) so I try not to wear anything with buttons or embellishments so I'm loving simple tops like the one I'm wearing here.

You saw a glimpse of this outfit from yesterday's post so wanted to share the whole look.   Can I tell you how happy I am to be able to wear heels again!  Yay!  And double yay that my feet didn't grown after being pregnant.  I heard about the possibility of feet growing due to pregnancy and I was so scared that I'd never be able to fit into any of my shoes again.  Thank goodness it didn't happen to me or else I'd be super sad!

Eryn Brinie Blazer - White Blazers are a definite staple in my closet.  Love this Rachel Roy blazer and this one is on sale for under $40 and comes in so many colors! 
Hailey Tunic c/o Darling - love the crochet tunic, it was a cold and windy day so paired it with a blazer but it looks great on it's own and with a pair of leggings too.  This little red tunic is so cute too.
ASOS maternity jeans - these are "skinny jeans" but they are not "skinny" enough for me if you know what I mean.  If I wear jeans that are slightly baggy it makes me look even shorter so I try to avoid them.  It's good taking photos of your outfits so you know how it really looks!

 Yay it's Friday!  We moved into our new house and are slowly unpacking but hoping to get a lot more done this weekend as it pretty much sucks living out of boxes and unpacking things as we need them!
